Nice bloke and clean tidy worker, but customer contact terribleJob started early November 2023 & took 6 months before finished after much hassleIS THIS A RECORD?Therefore probably not reccomend

The level of service was outstanding – building a empathy with the client on that if something isn’t quite right, you get a genuine response to find a remedy and then deliver it. I guess old fashioned customer service. The quality of work is great and wow, these guys even tidy up afterwards. However do please recognise that when you call them they are likely fitting windows or putting up conservatories – so you are unlikely to get an immediate response. That said they always came back to us.
