There was a delay on getting the door but I believe this was a manufacturer’s back log rather than the provider’s issues. The provider replied promptly to all emails.

Work was carried out swiftly. The reason why I am only giving a 2 on tidiness is that there were a few knocks and scratches to walls in more than one location in our flat. These were plastered over but will need to be painted over by us.
