The contractor has been very efficient in dealing with issues. The supplier of the frames fitted the incorrect locking mechanisms and are having to come back to change them all (product suitability score of 8). The contractor dealt with this in a timely and efficient manner on our behalf. Plus there are a number of glass panes that need replacing due to marks on the inside of the sealed unit, which again was dealt with by the contractor, supplier coming to replace.
