As always, on previous jobs everyone at Green Windows has been helpful and lovely to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to find a way to get me exactly what I wantedI would unhesitatingly recommend them and the products they sell. Jobs are done on time and never any mess left and fitters are very friendly and courteous. A lovely company.

There has been an ongoing problem with the lock.

Frustratingly slow process to get from initial visit to order placed and clarity on installation date, hence lower score on customer service. Finding the same on subsequent order.

Highly skilled fitting team

The Green Window Company provided excellent service from initial contact through to final installation. The windows themselves (hardwood) are of very good quality. Installation was not without its challenges to two 17c stone properties, but still executed very well.

Very responsive on communications and completed the work professionally and in a timely manner.

We had a significant number of windows and doors fitted to our house, fascias replaced, soffits and drain pipes installed in 2022. During the install there were a number of issues beyond the control of the Green Window Company which created some challenges. The quality of the fit has been very good and we are happy. The issues with a bay window are being resolved and we are confident in Russ and his team. The Green Window Company are very responsive and will do everything in their power to get the right result for the customer.

Our windows were complex in shape and down 97 steps. The team always turned up on time and did a great job in a very difficult location. At our request, they returned to fit a thumb turn and changed the locks so that we had one key for both doors as the property was a holiday let.
They were flexible and responsive so I would not hesitate to recommend them to others - fabulous!

A great com[any nothing was too much trouble,all the installers were very customer based and very helpful and friendly, They cleaned up before they left and offered to put all the furniture back in place they also put the vertical blind back up.Highly recommended.The same also goes to the staff at the showroom. More work has been booked.

I have used contractor before. They are reliable, efficient, clear up well afterwards and customer care is great.

Good attitude of workmen to completing work to as high a standard as they could with some tricky brickwork and a lot of rain to contend with.
