Some issues with supplier not providing things or not providing correct, or providing faulty things. Getting in contact during the process was sometimes difficult. Installers all friendly and approachable.

Recommended by neighbour. Excellent workmanship. Tidied and removed all excess materials. Courteous and efficient.

Very accomodating supplier who worked diligently around the external wall insulation and other works being carried out to ensure the entire upgrade was a success. They also had no hesitation in replacing some faulty glazing units received from their supplier and did an excellent job of finishing around some awkward areas such as a soffit and my front door.

A few issues broken units

Attention to detail, contractor noticed an issue with kitchen window, there is a mark between the glass panes. Just waiting to hear back regarding replacement.Very professional.
