Amazing workmanship, work carried out quickly and professionally with no issues at all.

At the very beginning when Dave came out to give a quote, he explained the types of windows & doors available, and helped advise us on types of openers, as well as door fixtures.
They were very clean and tidy from the moment they started work, right through to closing up the van when they left.
Easy to chat to and very professional in the way they present themselves.
We were given their details by our daughter, as she had just had her windows replaced by them, and we have also recommended them to at least 2 other people , who have also used them.

Dave Martin & his colleague Dave are both excellent in carrying out the installation of the windows. Dave Martin fully explained about the type of glass and the various benefits. Excellent all round customer service. We would definitely recommend Fortress UPVC Limited to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful from the off, even at the quotation stage. Dave was honest from the start and at no time did we feel under pressure. Was a good price and placed the order with full understanding and expectations between us all. When some items suffered delays (due to Covid and supply chain issues) we were kept up to date and informed regularly as to progress. Work was completed and carried out to a high standard and has made a huge improvement to the appearance of our property.
