After Eco Thermals replaced our doors we didn’t hesitate to ask them back to replace our windows. First class company and the fitters take great care in their work and go above and beyond.
We highly recommend this company.

Just a problem with the glass. Been changed twice now due to faulty workmanship. Lots of marks in between the sealed units. Waiting for third time lucky

Excellent quality of service throughout from initial contact to survey to fitting. Experience and knowledge evident. Fitters worked hard without a break arriving promptly at 7:30 each day. Scratched pane dealt with efficiently – ordered on day it was pointed out and new one about to be fitted.

We are highly delighted with the Quality and installation of our windows. There were a few issues with the type of windows we choose, fitting into existing window areas but a working solution was found to our ultimate satisfaction. After initial delays with a previous company ECO Thermal Design Ltd took over the Installation of the Door and adjacent side windows and completed the work in a professional manner. Paul H was knowledgable and kept us advised at all stages of the Installation with his fitters doing a tidy professional job. I would have no hesitation in recommending ECO Thermal Design
