Eco Thermal Design have been fantastic in providing bifold doors for our project! They kept us updated throughout and everything was ready in the timescales provided even though it was so close to Christmas! Everyone has been so friendly and genuine and just great to work with! We are highly delighted with the Quality and installation of our windows. There were a few issues with the type of windows we choose, fitting into existing window areas but a working solution was found to our ultimate satisfaction. We would highly recommend the team & will be using them for other work we are doing in the future.

They did a first class job I would highly recommend them

The only improvement I could suggest would be that I'd prefer to communicate mostly by e-mail, rather than phone as it's easier to keep a record of conversations/information given. I also was a little disappointed that they weren't able to replace my wooden window sill with another wooden one.

After initial delays with a previous company ECO Thermal Design Ltd took over the Installation of the Door and adjacent side windows and completed the work in a professional manner. Paul H was knowledgable and kept us advised at all stages of the Installation with his fitters doing a tidy professional job.
