Would highly recommend ebor windows the service has been brilliant from start to finish. Everyone we have interacted with his been very helpful and knowledgeable. Our work was not straight forward and the communication throughout was perfect, the finished door and windows look amazing. Their ability to problem solve was very impressive. We are so happy and will be using them again.

So good to have people turn up at the correct time and keep you informed on how things are going during the day, I have had some bad experiences in the past.

Ebor Windows are fantastic!!!

We had some problems such as chasing up when works was to be done, and when needed them to come back and remedy issues such as cleaning off residue, repairing damaged bath panel, and broken tile. Some of these issues may have arisen because of the pandemic, and the contractors were always courteous, though seemed to be rushing at the end of the job. The response when issues were raised were that the fitters (original and on recall) were new, I feel unable to recommend the contractor to family and friends which is disappointing as we selected the company as Which trusted trader

Fantastic service

The first door supplied to us by Ebor Windows was damaged. A replacement was also damaged. This was the fault of their supplier but as the end customer that is not really my concern. The third door was acceptable but two months was added to the installation because of the lead times for replacements. Subsequently the locking mechanism did not engage after installation and this has not yet been fixed. In some regards the delay in fixing it is due to the coronavirus lockdown but after two installation attempts it should have been correct. I can’t n all honesty recommend the product because the supply chain does not check quality and the door does not yet do what it is intended to.

Ebor won our business against 4 other competitors. Their knowledge & “can do” attitude shone far an above other quotes. Windows now been installed for 6 weeks and I cannot fault any area.

Excellent personal service from initial quotation through a very thorough survey of the site and a first class installation. The door has certainly improved the appearance and enhanced the property.

Jo was very helpful when helping during the ordering process and not too pushy – just the right level of interaction.Liked the fact that the installers did a pre-installation survey – good attention to detail.Still waiting on one of the windows which is cracked being replaced and one of the doors has sealant missing and is drafty still waiting for them to return after a month.Would recommend though – good value and quality products.

Fitter was very helpful when spotting a problem with glass units first installed in one of bedrooms, where the window leading design was incorrect as a result of a supply issue. This was re-ordered and replaced with correct design glass units. Contractor was good at responding to requests to fix a few minor installation issues and provided clear advice on options, and dealt promptly with most quotation queries.
