I very much appreciated Vision resolving the issue & installation excellent, but I was unfortunately hampered by twice delayed installation due to the door not arriving on time and the wrong panel was sent, so the window and cupboard panel was externally beaded. The company didn�t pick up on this before installation so I had to have an vulnerable property for over a week which was stressful as a single female. I also have to comment on the customer service. Brian was good with his customer service which has improved the score, but unfortunately my score and overall view of the company was h

There were two small hiccups. One due to a communication misunderstanding, which was solved in a professional and timely manor.The other was due to a mistake by the installers while working. This is in the process of being put right.When both were highlighted to them, the company were very apologetic and acted professionally and timely to begin solving these issues.

I wouldn’t recommend as the installers brought a dog which attacked our next door neighbors dog, pooed in our garden, came into our house leaving muddy footprints and jumped on our builder while he was using a circular saw. It also damaged my expensive cashmere cardigan. It felt dangerous, at one point it wouldn’t leave go of my cardigan and caused us problems with our neighbor. Our neighbors dog is still affected and they tell us it’s now scared to go out for a walk. I’ve reflected this in the customer service rating.

Overall a good service with time taken to give plenty of advice and consider options. I have rated workmanship 8 because I needed to call someone back to deal with small concern after the installation. However, this was was remedied quickly and courteously and the end result looks great.

quick to reply to all correspondence. and immediately upon confirmation of instruction to do the job, Vision PVC had booked in some preliminary work to fix lead canopy over bay window and shore up the other areas of that bay which were causing damp issues in our master bedroom. That preliminary work, as with the windows, were done to high levels of craftsmanship and very happy with the results.

service was marred by the initial measurements to replace the window, not being correct. when the date for installation arrived two window panels were cracked. this has all been resolved to our satisfaction but prevented us from awarding higher marks on service. previous service has always been first class.

The installer and his apprentice did a good job, however I was concerned by their unprofessional language during the fitting. The “banter” between them was concerning when comments were made such as “you can’t even use a tape measure” and there was some swearing. This made me worry about the quality of fitting, but on checking the door it does appear that work has been to a high standard. I would also have been concerned if I had children in the house, as it was not language I would have wanted them to overhear. Otherwise it has been a positive experience with the company.

Fitters should have advised about roofing felt deteriorating in places, instead they fitted the tray without letting us know it needed fixing. I only found out by accident after I had to re-position some tiles. Bird comb not correct for the tile sizes, as it still leaves a gap above the comb. Very difficult to make bottom row of tiles sit flat, leaving gaps between tiles. Good job done with windows, very happy with new doors, but somewhat disappointed with roof line products.

Arrived late due to a vehicle breakdown, but completed all the work on time without any issues.

On initial enquiry a few days before installation we were told that installation of 9 Windows should take no more than a day. It took nearly 3 days in total. This was not a problem at all but maybe when managing expectations appropriately. Other than that it was excellent service.

Installers worked efficiently and working areas were kept exceptionally clean. No mess was left on an evening and all rubbish was taken away. Windows and guttering look amazing and I wouldn�t hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring their services.

The first order was incorrect with the hinges on the wrong side so it had to be reordered, but once this was rectified, the work was carried out adequately and efficiently.

Just had one issue but this was resolved. Unfortunately there were some delays to obtaining products due to covid which was out of the contractor�s control so supply and fitting was done as timely as the situation allowed.
