They were very patient with me while I was deciding on what style, door furniture etc. I wanted. I was given ideas so I could make an informed choice. There was no pressure for me to make a decision.
I was kept informed of all time schedules and these were always met even when there was an issue, and the door frame had to be replaced.
The service and work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work. No trouble at all to have in the house and carried out the work quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind them.

The overall experience was satisfactory, although there was a delay in the work starting due to material issues.

The workmen could have been tidier and they had to return a couple of times as there was an issue with some aspects of the job, which was due to the materials they'd been given, as opposed to anything they'd done wrong.

The Osborn management team were very attentive and I would recommend the company to other potential clients.

The service provided was excellent from initial contact up to completion of the installation of the door.

Unfortunately, the work was delayed by a few months, because of an unexpected staff shortage. However, the quality of the door and installation made the wait well worthwhile.

A brilliant job!

The initial door fitting was incorrect and the specification of the door itself was also inappropriate. This became obvious from the start. Osborn Glass (the contractor) took full responsibility, arranged for a replacement, kept in contact and came to refit the new door which is now perfect. They were caring and understanding throughout and for that reason, as well as the final quality of the workmanship, I would definitely recommend them. The dropped score for workmanship was because of the initial problem. The subsequent refit was excellent.

Timekeeping was 8 only because installation delayed due to staff sickness, which couldn't be avoided.

The above scores are based on the final result. There were a number of issues with the initial installation which had to be corrected by senior fitters.
I understand the team that initially fitted our windows are no longer with the firm.
Any recommendation would be based on who would be fitting the windows. The boss Danny and Colin are excellent.

Quality control needs to be improved.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from start to finish. .
Every thing relating to materials used to the stainglass and other fittings ie chain spy hole was all discussed with me . So I was also able to chose the colour I perfer from a range of options available that were important for me.

Fitting the door was also extremely professional , very tidy and so well organised . Overall I am so pleased with my new door

Osborn Glass has been professional from providing the quote to completion of the installation. You can notice that the quality of their product is superior to others we have used and that they will be durable. All the staff are friendly, hardworking and you can see they take great pride in their work and product. The installation is done to a high standard and the repairs to the walls have been done professionally. They have also been flexible to my schedule which was very helpful. Will definitely be using them again.

Great team and very reliable

It was extremely stressful having the windows put in. I ended up being locked out of my house twice due to the front door jamming and was told by the contractors it was normal for it to be really difficult to open when it wasn’t jammed! Very defensive when challenged about anything. The windows look really nice but the journey to get them installed was hellish. Also took much longer for them to be made up than predicted. Many Covid excuses for this. Lots of windows had to be changed as were faulty.

As discussed with the contractor, very poor service resulting in two incorrect installations, and poor communication/ customer service.

Their communication in regards to when the installation was going to happen was non existent and I had to find out myself. On the day I was unsure on when they were going to arrive and again had to find out myself. This was inconvenient due to waiting to go to work. However I am pretty happy with the job they did.

Had a few problems with an earlier fitter. These scores are based on the second fitters who sorted everything out.

Thank you for a good service despite the logistic difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic.

They missed a few things on the first visit, but returned pretty swiftly. One of the two workmen left a sandwich which I didn't discover for a few weeks and was very mouldy, the other didn't leave the bathroom very clean. Despite this they were very friendly, polite and quick. As far as my untrained eye can tell, the work has been completed well. Only time will prove that.

They resolved issues soon after contacted, which was good. We got off to a slow start on time keeping, given a cancellation call early on the morning on which the project was to start plus it ran for longer than planned.
