I have used Osborn Glass and Windows previously and would be very happy to use them again. They are efficient, good communicators and work to a very good standard.

Although they were extremely helpful and stuck with the job until we were completely satisfied, it took nearly a year from initial order until final completion as one set of units kept being delivered with faults or damaged when being installed.

The job needed more contractors on site to complete the work in a timely fashion. It took too long and when the worker had to go away, for personal reasons, there was no one else there to replace him and continue with the job.

These guys were fantastic. I left them in my property for three days and they have done a sterling jobs. The windows look great, very very tidy and considerate I am really happy with them. A lovely down to earth company who are worth every penny. A fair price for a fantastic job.

Although the work had a few snags, Osborn Glass was quick to respond and fix the issues, many thanks.

The overall product and fitment were not ideal but I was impressed with how the company responded to the problem.

It was a fiddly job and they did it well and truly scored 10 out of 10 on all the above items

There were some issues with the installation with our windows, leading to severe leaks. It took several attempts to rectify the problems, which were fundamentally due to them being installed incorrectly.

They were very patient with me while I was deciding on what style etc. I wanted. I was given ideas so I could make an informed choice. There was no pressure for me to make a decision. I was kept informed of all time schedules and these were always met. The service and work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The overall experience was satisfactory, although there was a delay in the work starting due to material issues.The workmen could have been tidier and they had to return a couple of times as there was an issue with some aspects of the job, which was due to the materials they’d been given, as opposed to anything they’d done wrong.The Osborn management team were very attentive and I would recommend the company to other potential clients.

The service provided was excellent from initial contact up to completion of the installation of the door. Unfortunately, the work was delayed by a few months, because of an unexpected staff shortage. However, the quality of the door and installation made the wait well worthwhile.

The initial door fitting was incorrect and the specification of the door itself was also inappropriate. This became obvious from the start. Osborn Glass (the contractor) took full responsibility, arranged for a replacement, kept in contact and came to refit the new door which is now perfect. They were caring and understanding throughout and for that reason, as well as the final quality of the workmanship, I would definitely recommend them. The dropped score for workmanship was because of the initial problem. The subsequent refit was excellent.

Their communication in regards to when the installation was going to happen was non existent and I had to find out myself. On the day I was unsure on when they were going to arrive and again had to find out myself. This was inconvenient due to waiting to go to work. However I am pretty happy with the job they did.

The window was initially installed to incorrect measurements taken by the contractor and an invoice presented regardless. It was only when the problem was flagged that a replacement window was manufactured and installed.

First rate service from inception to completion. Cannot speak highly enough of this company.

They resolved issues soon after contacted, which was good. We got off to a slow start on time keeping, given a cancellation call early on the morning on which the project was to start plus it ran for longer than planned.

Good accurate quote with clear information on type of products available. During pandemic took a long time for work to be completed but once done a quick and good installation of the window.

They missed a few things on the first visit, but returned pretty swiftly. One of the two workmen left a sandwich which I didn’t discover for a few weeks and was very mouldy, the other didn’t leave the bathroom very clean. Despite this they were very friendly, polite and quick. As far as my untrained eye can tell, the work has been completed well. Only time will prove that.

Great personal service

Took a while to pin them down to an installation date but appreciate this may have been out of their hands. The fitter was excellent – on time, competent, friendly, efficient and tidy.

The contractors were incredibly respectful and professional over the two days of the installation.

We have used this company for years and they always do great work. They also come back straight away, should there be any problem.

REALLY patient with my redesigns and great surveying and fitting as well. Thank you!

There were a number of issues with the whole procedure.I have not marked any of the above rating as my initial experience was poor but I am pleased to say that both Danny and Nick did their best to resolve this.
