Very quick and efficient, but found few scratches that were covered up by contractor, nothing major but still shouldn’t be there. Also need double glazing panel changed as scratches in between glass unit

Window installers worked extremely efficiently and all standards were met.

The two gentlemen that came to do the job, they worked hard and got on with the job.

The above ratings relate to the products and fitting only. I would not recommend the Company as there is a definite HARD SELL from this company and they keep on trying to get that extra money out of you for this, that and the other. I feel that if I was a little old lady they would have had all my life saving off me. I regret inviting them into my house. If Certass would like me to elaborate they can contact me.

Clean tidy respetable team worked hard did a superb job

Some scratches to the outer glass panes on front. Tiles damaged during fit to the rear and some small defects to the glass panes on rear.

I have scored 3 for tidiness – as when replacing landing window they broke 5 of the roof tiles in various different places, including two around the skylight. The roof was newly installed the previous week. A little annoying as they did not even mention that they had broken the tiles. |I had to get the roofers in for the second time to replace the broken tiles.

Poor quality windows, has left us with some scratches on the glass and frames, poorly made. One window fitted 3 times and french door fitted twice as they couldnt get it level. 7 steal lintels installed. 6 of them locked with expanding foam. One of them dropped after a week and needed redo it. We feel like we waseted our money. We didnt get what we were promised. We wouldnt recommend this company to any one.

The company took several attempts to install my bedroom window and left scratches. My French window has dropped down so I am generally unhappy with my job.
