The initial fitting of the doors and windows were poor. 3 out of 4 pains of patterned glass in the bathroom and toilet were upside down. The front door frame had to be replaced due to incorrect fitting.The rear patio door was so un level and had the wrong sill profile fitted so this too had to be reinstalled.Eventually the mistakes were corrected but a lot of unnecessary hassle.

The whole thing went smoothly and the contractors did a great job. There was no fuss and no mess!

I’m happy with the service I received from G&L Windows. There were a few problems with the job, however G&L were very helpful and happy to correct things. Everything was rectified to my satisfaction and in a timely manor, hence my high scores. John in particular was very helpful when it came to rectifying issues.

I would recommend G &L Windows Ltd. The only reason I scored a 9 for time keeping was that we thought they would be on site for 1 day and if required come back the second day. They did 2 half days. Not that it mattered as such but may have been lack of communication.

Good quality products, well fitted.

I have given 8 for reliability and time keeping as there was an issue with the wrong measurements and the installation took much longer than initially stated because most of the windows had to be remade. Once this had been done, the installation was carried out in good time. In all other ways the contractor was excellent.

The whole experience was both professional and courteous. I would have no hesitation recommending G&L to other prospective buyers.
