Excellent fitter, good communications all round.

I couldn't recommend this contractor simply because I had given them instructions not to fit either of the doors until a later date and only do the windows for now. I rang the night before the work started to double check this and they said it wouldn't be a problem. However when I arrived at the house they had already replaced my back door and smashed through the front one because they'd got the wrong key, instead of calling and asking for the right one as they hadn't read the notes and thought they were replacing it anyway. They then had to screw my old door back on from the inside which meant I couldn't get in my own property. They then left via the garden, hopping over the wall into the neighbours garden to leave. Window also leaked within a couple months of fitting. Shoddy workmanship!

The finish where the window meets the wall in the corner was caulked in an unsightly way and the external porch cupboard re-constructed untidily using materials from original cupboard when I was told a replacement cupboard would be fitted when job was surveyed but otherwise product and finish were fine.

The work was carried out with care and consideration for myself and my property. They are very experienced workers that I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone

The company apparently had a backlog wrt Certass Certificate (and associated product information) but were otherwise pleasant, informative and appear to have done a great job (products not yet used, only tested).

I'm awaiting Lock Change to correct colour (from gold to silver) which was not available with the product for the lock type that I ordered. Silver locks match all my other locks and also kitchen furniture.

Otherwise..'These guys 'know their stuff' and the office support was excellent !

Had issues and still ongoing ,hoping to sort these out with contractor.
