Ian provided very helpful advice and guidance and the fitters were speedy and efficient.

They deliver in confidence because they have a genuine concern for their customers. They arrived at my property that had been fitted with faulty, incorrect sized and faulty manufactured windows supplied and fitted by a previous window company, with water ingress and damage throughout. Nottingham Window Company arrived reassuring me they could rectify the issues for me, provided me with new windows, giving attention to detail whilst rectifying damage left by the other window company. When additional technical issues needed following up, they listened, delivered and ensured all maters were complete and satisfactory right through to the end of completion.
I would recommend them highly to all.

The contractor has worked hard to resolve remedial issues including replacing glass and addressing water egress. All done without quibble which is exactly what is needed from a customer perspective when issues arise.

I had two doors fitted, the installers were polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves. To fit the back door they needed to replace some render and with the front door needed to change the existing wood surround, very happy with the end result.

The initial dealings with the company surveyors were informative and very helpful.
The workmen were approachable, pleasant to have working in the house and sensitive towards the feelings and needs of a couple of old age house holders.
The pathways around the house were left clean and tidy and debris removed quickly.

Every member of the team very helpful, polite and no pressure sales.

Very responsive and customer focused. Dealt with all our queries promptly. My only comment would be the tidiness whilst working & on completion could have been better. Our dog found a number of debris & nails lying around. The other would be workmanship wise, during install – a few things had to be sorted that I’d noted, which otherwise might not have been done. But on the whole very pleased…

I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and workmanship of Nottingham windows. There are a few snagging issues but I’m sure they will be sorted out very soon.

Very quite, efficient and polite

Product is good. Communication was just poor throughout the whole process.

Post sales to installation week communications weren�t as good as initial sales. Coms dropped of a cliff. Not needing much, maybe a fortnightly email on the latest status. I shouldn�t need to constantly chase what and when things will happen.

Customer service and Reliability would have been a 9 had I not had problems getting the agreed form of Guarantee from the Company. I’m hoping this issue will be resolved soon.

A few problems with the manufacture and delivery but eventually sorted. Once the correct fittings were received, the installation was carried out to a high standard.

We weren�t impressed with the service provided in general. Agreeing a price and then they tried to add another few through sand for various reasons they should have considered when generating the quote. The damage internally to walls and painting weren�t satisfactory in their efforts to amend so we had to sort additional workmen to come and sort these, at yet another expense.

House was left in a mess after, protective clothes did not work well. 1 huge scuff on floor in bedroom, 1 tile broke in kitchen on window ledge

They should ensure quality escapes from the manufacturer don’t reach the customer.

First window and glass supplier were abismal.

The owner, receptionist and all window fitters were professional and polite throughout the transaction.

Shoddy workmanship, poor time keeping, updates and information poor.

The Nottingham Window Company did a very professional job especially given the CV19 situation.The installation staff were excellent.

Salesmans mobile phone was set to always go to answerphone, which was a little inconvenient when trying to contact him.

The finish on the inside of the house was very good but the outside was disappointing . The brickwork was damaged and not repaired or re-pointed properly, this is a house with painted brickwork s we now have to re-paint after being advised there would be no “making good”. The Company did return and re-pointed properly after we raised the issue but we still have to re-paint.Further the French doors were not as described by the Salesman.Would recommend for a typical house without painted brickwork.

I was unhappy with my job as there were long delays and the company had to return to rectify work.
