Explained the timetable for the ordering, delivery and installation of the windows and kept us informed of progress. Rang prior to the day of installation to ensure that we were still OK for the start date. Contractor made every effort to minimise disruption and treated the house with respect. Both the contractor and colleague worked hard to make a good presentation of the windows, including painting over new rendering. Contractor was calm and reassuring throughout the process.
