I never received a receipt for the jobs done despite asking and texting. I had to get Certass to send a request to them regarding the registration of the job. consequently I have not received the Certificate yet nor any Building Regulation paperwork.

The quote process and initial install were smooth and efficient. There was a delay in fixing an install fault on one upstairs window. A manufacturing fault required glass replacement on one opening window – this was done quickly. The main customer service issue was chasing repeatedly over a six month timeframe for the Certass certificates.
