A great installation from start to finish

Very nice man. Very efficient, he worked hard and was very clean & tidy. The workmanship is very good and I am very pleased with the work he has completed.

A couple of issues arose during installation. These were resolved.

The contractor has conducted a reasonably job which appears to be fit for purpose. However, there was confusion in respect of warranties as we had understood that one would be received from the window manufacturer when instead Oakland intended to provide an insurance backed warranty themselves. Oakland were quite aggressive when we discussed this with them although that has now been resolved.Additionally, Oakland also installed windows at another property at which two sections of glass were damaged and also the external door was difficult to use – both were corrected subsequently.

The whole company, from owner to fitters, were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. I wouldn�t hesitate to use them again in the future, p haps wirh upgrading the conservatory.

Amazing , totally seamless from order to fitting, and left with a really nice installation. Dean and Dan worked really hard , cleaned up any mess and were very polite. Well done to everyone involved, and yes I would thoroughly recommend.

Very helpful when choosing the door qnd accessories. Fitters very pleasant and helpful, clean and tidy. They helped me test lock and adjusted it accordingly as i found it very stiff. Customer service excellent. I always like to support local companies.

Goodbye 70s double glazing which still looked good but not energy efficient. I was so impressed with the installers who came. Very helpful. Courteous and efficient. Now only two more windows to be replaced.I would certainly recommend Oakland.

From the initial meeting with Glenn through to the fitting everything was smooth going! Dean and Dan the fitters were fantastic. Polite and respectful of us and our home and did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble. A few follow up visits sorted out some outstanding issues.I would highly recommend the company.

It would have been nice to have the area around the new doors re=painted and returned to how it was, not have to pay extra.
