First class job, no internal damage, and highly skilled operatives

Arrived on time, were professional and did a great job.

Poor customer service, departments disjointed, inconsistencies between installation staff, poor quality checks on products supplied. Disappointing.

We had 3 different teams for the work we had, all were punctual, polite and the workmanship was spot on and the work area left tidy.

Very happy with Swadlincote Windows in installing our new front door - particularly the colour match to our garage door.

The window fitters did a very professional job. The window looks great and they have also done what they can with our existing door to improve the fit (which is great). Very friendly company.

The work was carried out in a timely fashion and completed within the quoted timescale, to an excellent standard and for the agreed price. The installation team was first class, flexible and helpful with good communication throughout. The whole process from early discussions through the quotation and pre-installation phase was stress-free and we are delighted with the final product.

The vent to the window was not screwed on properly when first fixed but they promptly came back and rectified it once notified.

We had two windows fitted on the day. Unfortunately, one of the window frames was damaged by the fitter during installation and had to be replaced. This was done on the day, as they were close enough to the factory to order a replacement and fit. The double glazed units had a Georgian pattern, which unfortunately was incorrect on both windows. This resulted in a return visit the next day with the correct units to fit.

As a time served joiner I was most impressed. by the standard of workmanship

From our first contact with this company we knew they were who we were going to trust our renovation with. Nothing was to much trouble and we were undecicive and changed our minds many times. The lads who fitted the windows were very respectful and always clean and tidy. I entrusted them with our keys on more than one occasion and had no concerns about doing so. The windows were not straight forward and there were some added issues but the team worked hard to sort them in a timely manner. If I have any more work done I will be using this company again.

The installation went brilliantly but we had to contact our supplier as we could not remove the key when door was locked. The problem was sorted quickly.
