There were a few delays due to unforeseen circumstances, however we were kept informed and were satisfied with the work.

Over all amazing service good communication – completed in great time frame, very happy with the results.

They kept to where they were allowed so I mainly sat in the backroom and let them get on with it. They weren’t invasive, they were polite and everything works and they also fitted my door chain which is something I also use to feel safe.

We had extensive issues with this company -No trickle vents initially fitted to windows (the windows they were replacing did have trickle vents, the order stated trickle vents.) These were then retrofitted after installation when we pointed out that it didn�t meet building regs. They then tried to claim we had said we didn�t want them! -Replacement windows initially not sealed/ pointed during fitting, resulting in drafts over winter.- incorrect bifold size ordered to extension resulting in a 6 week delay to the build. Very good finished doors and windows, and friendly workers. Very time efficient and managed to get the job done in 2 days to a great standard, whilst working in the wind and around our dog too. Speedy process too, from ringing up to book a consultation and measuring, to having the work carried out.

Excellent contractors always willing to help u get exactly what u want.

My only fault was there also put a window unit for me and the trim as not been placed correctly and phoned them but still waiting for someone to pop round to sort it

The job was riddled with Problems from the outset, work started in February 2021 and not completed until May 2021. We appreciate the supply issues suffered however the delay was mainly crated due to the fitters damaging our 2 existing doors, fitting the wrong windows in the conservatory, having issues with the glass supplied, poor sealing around windows requiring the work to redone and even supplying a front door which was a different colour to the side windows! We had a door turn up with the wrong glass in, handles which covers kept falling off and are the Plastered ceiling in the conservatory was substandard.

The guys arrived each day on time . They advised on what they were going to do each day of their visit 3 days in total. They were polite, and friendly and approachable. The standard of workmanship was good and the tidied up after each area was completed. The finished product really looks good.

The workmanship and the attitude of the fitters was excellent. The company were let down by their suppliers (delivery times) firstly delivery not on the day anticipated and then one window found to be the wrong size, however once they arrived they were fitted next day.

I’m sure the circumstances at the moment with deliveries etc is making reliability very difficult and will be different when supplies stabilise again.
