Terry who fitted our windows and door was very efficient , informative friendly and hard working despite the cold weather conditions,we would recommend CDM and Terry to anyone thinking of having replacement doors and windows.

Had to chase them for start date.Not happy with a couple of things.

The salesman who initially came was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what we wanted. The standard of workmanship was also excellent and the fitter was quick and tidy, but it took six months between ordering to delivery and fitting.There was no communication with regard to the delay and the customer service team were dismissive and unhelpful.Sales, product and fitting were all excellent but the customer service team/office staff are letting the company down which is a shame as I would always choose to shop locally if possible.

Excellent initial assessment, excellent product and workmanship, and excellent installer. What more can be said?

We had 2 doors replaced. The fitter was efficient, and tidied up very well.

I was kept informed right the way through the process from Ordering through to Installation. The Installer was very friendly and did an excellent job. I am thrilled with my new windows, they have made such a huge difference. I would highly recommend CDM!!!
