The installation was fine and received a discount with wrong order. customer service wasn�t good with mix up on order and had felt like it was an inconvenience to discuss and agree through Southwick windows

There was a small crack in the glass in one of the panes and the fitter immediately contacted the office to arrange a replacement pane which i was very impressed with.

Excellent service with prompt attention, despite understandable difficulties due to the Covid 19 situation. As soon as things began to open up again we were contacted and kept informed of progress with our order. The installation team were likewise excellent with great care being taken with removal of the old windows and frames and scrupulous tidying of the site. We are very grateful for the beautiful work and quality of the windows and doors. We would unhesitatingly recommend Southwick Windows to anyone who wishes for quality work at a very competitive price.
