The installation team consisted of Steve and Mike who turned up on time, worked extremely hard, really got on with the job with enthusiasm but also cheerfully. Cleared up after themselves with very little mess made . Very happy with full set of replacement windows and conservatory roof.

Just a constructive criticism Would like more info regarding 10 year guarantee in writing from contractor and also details of the certificate we would receive as did not know what to expect and how or when we would receive the certificate was a bit confusing thank you

The workmen were well-mannered and very tidy.There was a small problem with one of the locks after the installation and they responded within hours.

Parkside did a great job of the installation. The installers were excellent and really tidy at the end of each day. The price was very competitive too

We were really happy with the service from start to finish. Lee came out to do quote just before going on holiday. Within a hour of the visit the promised quote had been received. There was no hard sell, unlike some more national companies. Once the order was placed, they said installation would be approximately 4 weeks and it was! The installers were punctual, polite and did a fantastic job. One small issue arose during installation, but this was sorted immediately. Clean and tidy and we have already recommended them.
