The receptionist was always friendly. Wayne always returned calls when not available to speak. Work took too long to be completed only because of scarcity of materials due to COVID.

The installation team were brilliant. My Mother is disabled and had a problem with her stairlift. They were so helpful, polite and empathetic. We were so grateful. The work was carried out expertly and efficiently. They cleaned up up. Explained how the key works and made sure Mum was comfortable opening and closing the door. From our initial visit with Wayne the owner we felt confident with what he advised and this confidence was not misplaced. Communication and quotes were clear and good. We will be having more work done in the Spring by this company and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
