The fitter left a mess which needed to swept up after he left. His application of the sealant was hit and miss and messy. The door doesn�t look square in the frame. The workmanship of the fitter isn�t to the quality finish of the front door fitted previously.

They were very professional from beginning to end. My first contact was with Wayne Eadsforth who was very knowledgeable about his products and offered lots of useful advice. The job was fitted in a timely manner from when my contract was signed. The team that arrived wore uniforms and were very presentable, I was thrilled with the outcome of the job and my house was left very clean.

We have had a number jobs done by Faroncrown and cannot rate them enough. The service is fabulous and have had no issues with the product. We had raised an issue in respect the way one window opened and Faroncrown resolved it with no issue.

Had to return to fix a problem. The company left my front door wide open and drove off.

I would prefer to have official documents such as quotes, receipts & certicicates to be produced specially and posted instead of too many things only being accessible on websites or via email etc.

I found the company owner Malcolm to be very polite on contact, he was also prompt, from finding an initial fault in the existing upvc to completing installation was only a matter of weeks, first survey, measure up, ordering process installation complete all while social distancing was being adhered to was brilliant. very happy with the overall service and product. will use again

I have no problem with the quality of the product. My disappointment and the reason I would not recommend Faroncrown Windows was due to the Sub contractor they used.A Faroncrown Windows employee had to come to rectify details that should not have arisen in the first place. Lack of attention to detail was shown by the subcontractor installer. A window ledge butted up to an existing window ledge was set lower, the internal sliding door would not lock and an upstairs window looked a mess since silicone filler had been used underneath the window ledge as opposed to a layer of mortar. The tv aerial cable had not been brought inside the building!

The receptionist was always friendly. Wayne always returned calls when not available to speak. Work took too long to be completed only because of scarcity of materials due to COVID.
