Feel like I’ve been messed about a bit. Numerous delays in them measuring and fittings. date kept getting pushed back on a live build which affected builder and other third party contractors like plasterer, electrician and plumber.Snagging list was quite excessive, now rectified.Also asked numerous times on email for the window guarantee but they keep ignoring that part of my emails.

Everything was completed to an excellent standard and i would not hesitate to use them again.

The work, reliability & tidiness of the job done installing our new windows was excellent & would recommend this company to everyone needing this sort of update in their home

Very professional and reliable service. My only slight problem was that the installation was delayed by 2 months from the original date given but this was , I believe, due to a problem with the supplier rather than the installation team. No hesitaion in recommending the contractor to others.

Excellent customer service and standard of workmanship. I can’t praise them highly enough for the attention to detail. I chose the windows I wanted, Ecoslide victorian sliders, and followed through to find an installation contractor who could fit them, and this was the right approach for my early Victorian house. So excellent windows, excellent installers. I am very, very happy. Their standard of cleanliness was almost excellent, there was some very fine dust remaining which has taken some time to overcome, but overall this was very minor.
