I had very good service from the person that gave me the original quote, the surveyor and the fitter. The windows were fitted well and I have no complaints about this aspect of my dealings with the company. I found the office staff to be very difficult to deal with and always coming off the phone feeling like I was a nuisance. The customer service of the office staff was very poor. They need some training in how to deal with customers in a pleasant and helpful manner.

I have used CES Windows many times and would definitely recommend them. The products they install are quality and the installation teams are very friendly and professional. CES are also happy to help with any minor adjustments that might be required after a period of usage. The encapsulation of original stained glass panels is also a fantastic service for owners of period properties.
CES seem to have a NO BS approach which can be difficult to find with many businesses these days.

The company and fitters where very professional from the moment they measured up until the installation was complete .
Jay and Glenn where the fitters and they went the extra mile to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. They arrived when they said they would and worked non stop even though the weather was extremely hot. I will 100% use CES windows again for my remaining windows that need replacing. On this fitting I had 4 windows and a french door replaced and i am very happy with the difference it has made to my property.

CES as an installation team are fine and I would have no difficulty in recommending this aspect of their work. However I feel they are being let down by their choice of product suppliers. We had some issues with the UPVC Frames installed but these have all been dealt with satisfactorily, but we have some ongoing problems with the double glazed units
