We found communication was a problem. we wanted the same design in the side windows as in the door glass which we knew would be take longer but we didn’t expect 10 weeks! Nobody made contact with us we had to phone them and only then were we told there would be a delay as the designer was ill or they were still on annual leave. we had expected the job to be finished before xmas ( we ordered 5 weeks before xmas) and then it was another 5 weeks after xmas before the door was finally fitted. We have no complaints about the product or the fitting when it finally happened.

As this was part of the work carried out by Neways Property Services as part of my subsidence repairs I was introduced to Vision by Neways. I was pleased with all aspects of Visions work as subcontractors and the professional standards and care of the fitters.

The work was carried out to a very good standard and we are very pleased with it, the men who carried out the work were excellent and did a very good job.
