A job I was told would take 1 week ended up taking 3 and a half weeks as they regularly attended for only a few hours a day. Although the fitters themselves were very nice and helpful. Over the next for weeks two windows needed replacing twice due to scratches and marks. No windows have any vents as we were initially told was required. I am still waiting for them to return to fix some pointing around one window where the bricks have dropped, which I have been chasing for over a month.

I have been waiting for the defects to be resolved for the last 2 (two) years.The letter box was fitted wrong way round and the post could not be posted through, had to go and collect the posts at the sorting office. This caused inconvenience as i needed these letters on the same day. Cracks on the internal wall, plastic wrapper left under bottom part of the door, lock loose. i would have expected for the fitter to have examined the door for defects before fitting and should have completed a final check list when fitting was completed, a record given to the customer. A simple door replacement should not have caused me such a headache and should not have taken so much of my time, in total of 7 appointment visits made.
