The first people who came were excellent.

The last window and back door were fitted by a different fitter who was terrible. Destroyed the wooden surround and replaced it with massive bits of plastic. (The first people kept the same wooden surrounds on multiple other windows.).
I found gaps under the back door that I had to fill with sealant myself.

Job done as asked. Got improvements I wanted. Excellent work.

I would not recommend this contractor. The fitters themselves have a very poor level of workmanship.Examples include using screwdrivers to lever the windows out and remove the existing trims chipping up to 10 bricks per window being removed.One brick was blown due to drilling as an aggressive angle and not straight to fit the frame.Unnecessary amount of screw anchors used for fitting small windows. 3 screws each side for a 900mm window is too much and means it is within the 150mm of the corners.They did not have suitable tools to remove and fit the windows. Removed the protective cover
