Given the year we've had (lockdowns, covid etc), the contractor did everything they could to support us during the building works. We had planned to move out of the property for 2-3 months but could not do so. They did an amazing job that still came in on budget and only slightly delayed (due to us being around and slow decision making on our side).

Very knowledgeable & helpful but because of this he is usually busy so you may need to be patient.
