Really excellent craftmanship, representing the best standards typically expected in todays world – they met the objective fully. the approach, attitude and manner at the property was second to none, with minimal disruption, very little mess to clean thereafter and also the fitting left very minimal redecorating post fitting. We and other family members have used this contractor on a number of occasions, good quality products, good value, always polite , professional, clean and tidy and on time.

We have used them several times both in our last house and this one. They are always courteous and do a fabulous job with a quality finish and leave no mess behind whatsoever. They turn up when they see they will. We have recommended them to several people.

One of the windows was slightly short, hence the less-than-perfect score. Otherwise we were very pleased with the work.

I’ve marked down the install element because the installer cracked a tile removing one of the old windows but he didn’t tell us, just let us discover it ourselves. Luckily I had a few spares so it wasn’t an issue. I’m a tradesmen myself so I know accidents happen.
