Due to an unforeseen structural issue with the bay brickwork, what should have been a routine window replacement became a much more complex procedure, and this has been considered in the ratings above. Greg was able to call on brickwork specialists at short notice and they did an excellent job of rebuilding the brickwork to a high specification. The window installation could not be finished off without this intermediate stage and thus affected the timeliness of the installation. Any snagging issues were rectified with little delay, including the replacement of a scratched glass panel resulting

I would definitely recommend Greg and his team at Peterborough Windows and Conservatories. They have done an excellent job with my windows and doors. They were always very punctual and arrived when they said they would and they tidied up afterwards.

Fabulous! Really can�t fault him; he was always punctual , sent the quote and invoice promptly. Greg was knowledgeable and did not tell me what I wanted! The fitters were on time, efficient and friendly . They tidied up inside and out before they left.I now hope the windows are as great as they were.

The work was done for one of my tenants. Greg responded promptly to my original request for a quote then proceeded to act in a timely fashion throughout the work. I live a distance from where my rental properties are so I have to rely on contractors to liaise well with me and my tenants. I am pleased to say that my tenant was very pleased with the work and the house was left clean and tidy.

All work we had done looks good now it�s completed, I feel that the customer service could have been better if the person who came over would have listened more to us.
