Fantastic customer service, with Hannah Bartlam going above and beyond to source the perfect fittings for my front door to suit our style preferences for the exterior of our home. Communication was brilliant with Hannah making the whole process from design to booking the installation hassle free. Installation was also really prompt and they fit it around my work schedule, couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be getting in touch for future work! Thank you for all your help .

Disappointed that it took 4 attempts to replace one of the units which was marked on three occasions. Although this company have always been speedy and reliable I was surprised that on no occasion did they apologise for the inconvenience

I've used this company now for nearly 5 years but the last time I noticed the quality of the windows wasn't as good as previously so I won't be using them again.

The office staff where helpful and cooperative. The two operators carrying out the work seemed efficient, but not helpful in answering questions, saying it will bed in.
They cleaned up reasonably well but I would expect to have a little tidying up to do as they had to work in every room. There was a slight problem after the work was completed, I contacted the office and they sent an operative the same day. The price was in the range I was expecting so did not get other quotes based on recommendations. I would / will use this company again

The office needs to pass on information to the fitters.
The fitters placed an opening window where there should have been a non-opening window and vice versa.
Took chasing to get door knocker and numbers fitted.
Dates arranged for fitting changed.

Very efficient, excellent work and great customer service.

Overall they were good contractors but should have been up front about the scratch marks on the seat of the bow window which they must have done when putting new glass window in.
Pleased with everything else , & the manager of the company was excellent in allowing you time to decide on what type of window to have.
Staff were very friendly & helpful help on all encounters.
