The 2 engineers that did the job were very professional and very helpful throughout the whole job. They completely cleared up all old waste building equipment etc. We were completely satisfied,

Disappointed that it took 4 attempts to replace one of the units which was marked on three occasions. Although this company have always been speedy and reliable I was surprised that on no occasion did they apologise for the inconvenience

The office staff where helpful and cooperative. The two operators carrying out the work seemed efficient, but not helpful in answering questions, saying it will bed in.They cleaned up reasonably well but I would expect to have a little tidying up to do as they had to work in every room. There was a slight problem after the work was completed, I contacted the office and they sent an operative the same day. The price was in the range I was expecting so did not get other quotes based on recommendations. I would / will use this company again

The office needs to pass on information to the fitters. The fitters placed an opening window where there should have been a non-opening window and vice versa.Took chasing to get door knocker and numbers fitted.Dates arranged for fitting changed.

Brilliant service great communication in the office, the work men were fab super tidy polite and helpful would defo recommend and have done already to others!

Overall they were good contractors but should have been up front about the scratch marks on the seat of the bow window which they must have done when putting new glass window in. Pleased with everything else , & the manager of the company was excellent in allowing you time to decide on what type of window to have.Staff were very friendly & helpful help on all encounters.

The engineer called and advised of the estimated time of arrival, arrived on time, was focussed and diligent plus pleasant, was neat and tidy, door fitted to satisfaction and when finished cleaned up after himself.

I have used this company more than once and have recommended them, but unfortunately I have had a recent installation which is very poor. The fitting and manufacture is of low standard. However, the company are doing all they can to rectify the errors and do not take payment until the customer is happy, so very good after service.
