Overall we are very pleased with our new windows and the fitters were punctual and friendly. We had one major concern with a floor to ceiling bay window and door. The frame wasn’t manufactured correctly which left a tiny hole in the frame (I could see into the garden!) and we were missing a part for the doorframe. There shouldn’t have been a draught coming through at all but it was blowing a cold draught, not great in January. Ideally, it shouldn’t have been left as it was, but they came the next day and reinstalled a new frame.
I would also recommend that they use very large sheets as during wet weather, our carpet got drenched and quite dirty.
Apart from these blips, we cannot fault the other windows that were fitted.

The office staff where helpful and cooperative. The two operators carrying out the work seemed efficient, but not helpful in answering questions, saying it will bed in.They cleaned up reasonably well but I would expect to have a little tidying up to do as they had to work in every room. There was a slight problem after the work was completed, I contacted the office and they sent an operative the same day. The price was in the range I was expecting so did not get other quotes based on recommendations. I would / will use this company again

The office needs to pass on information to the fitters. The fitters placed an opening window where there should have been a non-opening window and vice versa.Took chasing to get door knocker and numbers fitted.Dates arranged for fitting changed.

Overall they were good contractors but should have been up front about the scratch marks on the seat of the bow window which they must have done when putting new glass window in.
