I have had windows and doors fitted previously by Aplas and the workmanship and customer service has been consistently good – especially that provided by Andy Francis the owner of the company.On this occasion though unfortunately I had to remind them 3 or 4 times within the space of 3 months that I had not received the email and link in order to subscribe for the Certass Certification. Previously this has come through within days or weeks.Admin support disappointing this time otherwise exccellent.

I trust Andy Francis the owner of Aplas Windows totally and request that he himself personally undertakes and oversees the work being done on my property. Andy and his wife Jo provide excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend their business and work to others moving forward.

Due to a back log of jobs, it took time to get a slot to meet and to measure up at the property and then a wait to get the product made from factory, due to ordering a coloured door. I was kept in the picture and calls for updates on my order were always answered. Once the doors were on site they were delivered and fitted swiftly and with little disruption. I would recommend this company.
