We have been really impressed with Altex. They have been professional and helpful at every stage – from our first visit to the showroom, discussing options and helping us to choose the right windows for our property all the way through to installation. Communication is always clear and timely and we felt we were getting great service at every stage. The fitters in particular were excellent – we have had new windows installed in three stages and every time the fitters have been polite, courteous, professional and keen to do a superb job. We would definitely recommend Altex to anyone considering new windows.

The installers could have taken greater care to avoid brick dust and debris being left on the bathroom fittings and bedroom carpets by covering them better.

Installers where nice guys and did a good job. only thing that was a questionable was the mastic finish around the outside of the doors. I’ve had to remove it and also cut back the packers sticking though the finished mastic and re-install it my self. this isn’t a bog job for me as i often do finishes my self but may be something to be reviewed for other customers in future. i would still be happy to recommend this company as they did a good job over all.
