There are some snagging works that are still to be completed on our UPVC windows and aluminium sliding doors when our Front Door is replaced for an upgraded one (expected 03/03/23).

The Office Staff and Management Team have provided excellent customer service and have been super patient especially regarding the fitted Front Door that we were disappointed with which is due to be replaced.

Installers where nice guys and did a good job. only thing that was a questionable was the mastic finish around the outside of the doors. I've had to remove it and also cut back the packers sticking though the finished mastic and re-install it my self. this isn't a bog job for me as i often do finishes my self but may be something to be reviewed for other customers in future. i would still be happy to recommend this company as they did a good job over all.
