Can’t fault the installation and quality of workmanship. There was a delay between the order and the survey but once I made a call a surveyor arrived very quickly and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The communication around what door furniture was available wasn’t accurate and lead to disappointment after the job had been completed. A tile was broken by the backdoor which wasn’t mentioned and I only noticed afterwards.I am not pleased that I am being forced to give feedback to receive the Certass Certificate which I have been told is required as part of my warrantee.

In hind sight I would have preferred to have the job fully finished I. E walls plastered after window install

This is the second time we have had work done by this company and are very pleased with the workmanship and results. Very nice people to deal with. We will be using them beginning of next year for our front windows. Great company. Would recommend.

From beginning to end Doors & Windows For Life were excellent.Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to everything we wanted and required.Although the wrong door was supplied by the Manufacturer at the initial fitting, Doors & Windows For Life did everything they could in a timely manner to rectify the problem.We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

The job was professionally completed and all areas left clean and tidy

The only slight hiccup was on the order for the glazed side panel for our door but this was dealt with quickly and rectified in the time given. Very happy with the finished job.

Everything was done to our satisfaction. Installers were great and left no mess, and were friendly and nice. Very good job done.

A few minor issues after the doors were fitted that were easily avoidable with a bit more care although one was not the installers fault. However these issues took 5 visits to sort out.However the salesman Carl got us the glass that we wanted as it was not in the catalogue so I cannot fault them for the effort .

Carl was really helpful and offered other advise that we did not think about when selecting the door we purchased. The service we felt has been very personal which is really a rare find as we did not get the hard sell, so much so we have asked Carl and his team to quote for Bi-fold doors on the back of the house. If you want a professional and personal service which don’t normally go hand in hand I would use Doors for Life.

We were impressed with Carl, he was knowledgeable and provided expert advice with no pressure put upon us to buy. He was very professional as were his brochure and samples.Graham fitted the door in within the specified time line and on a Saturday which suited us.The door itself is stunning to look at, no drafts come through and is very secure. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Would appreciate improved communication regarding timekeeping. Overall, was happy with the work carried out. Care was taken in respect of keeping tidy and leaving everything tidy upon completion. Any issues were dealt with promptly. The new products have improved my home and are good quality.

Excellent workmanship and once the work was complete the area was left very tidy. Good communication from the initial survey to the completion of the work.

A confident but non-pushy sales pitch with all questions answered resulted in us ordering a new door very quickly after being given our quote. Prompt responses to any extra questions too.

I was very pleased with the design and consultation service as I felt they really listened to what I wanted and advised me appropriately. I agreed to have the fitting done at short notice as they’d had a cancellation which , while it was a bit of a rush, was fine. However, it wasn’t all finished that day and there have been many revisits ongoing over a number of weeks to fully complete the installation. In hindsight I would rather have had a designated time slot specifically for my work: I feel as if I’ve been fitted in around other commitments which has meant the work and disruption has taken far longer than I anticipated. That said, the workmen were very considerate when on site.

The whole process from beginning to end was easy – just as it should be but very rarely is.

I am extremely impressed with the high level of service i received from all of the staff at Doors and Windows for life. Very professorial all round and i am very pleased with my product. I would definitely recommend this company and i will be booking them again in the near future for some roofline products.

I would highly recommend this company who were nothing but professional and reliable from start to finish. Carl kept in contact with me throughout the entire process regarding quotes, lead times etc. I enquired about having a quote for a new front door and they had measured up within the hour because they were already in our area. My quote was emailed to me the same day and the door was fitted around 3 weeks later! We are using them again for our windows in the new year!I cannot recommend these guys enough. A test of a company is often when something goes a bit wrong and you see how they react and deal with it. There was a slight issue with the door and the quality of fitting of a catflap, but they sorted it out fully and willingly with no arguments. The quality of the door, the installation and the service was top notch, and the way they dealt with my issue deserves praise, not criticism for the issue. I have slightly marked down ‘Workmanship’, however, because the QC of the door should have prevented it leaving the factory in that situation.

Generally pleasant and responsive staff and the end product was fine, but the coordination and administration of the job seemed to be a bit lacking between the office staff and installers which caused some delays to the job. Albeit they did resolve issues fairly rapidly once raised.

Windows and Doors for Life were absolutely brilliant! From start to finish the service was impeccable . The team were all polite, professional and not pushy. The actual installation went without a hitch. The installers worked quickly and cleanly . They explained what they were doing and demonstrated what was required to use the door safely or with the locking mechanism. An excellent service all around.

The initial communication was very good, we had been given a lead time of 6/8 weeks, but instead it took around 16 weeks. Although I understand it wasn’t the installer’s fault, as they rely on the supplier, the communication at this point wasn’t good and we had to keep chasing to get an update. However the product is fantastic, exactly what we were looking for and the installers were very professional and tidy. The door looks great and this makes up for the delay.Thank you

I noticed a scratch on the inside of the double glazed unit on the opening door the day after installation. I am pleased to say that a representative from Doors for life came out promptly to inspect and and is arranged for a replacement.I have dealt with several contractors in my professional capacity and Doors for life are in my opinion very good. They are competitive, say what they will do, complete on time and provide a good after sales service.

After being very happy with a front door installed last year with doors for life we decided to go with them for windows and French doors. Both times Carl was on time to talk us through what we wanted with no pressure to buy. The windows are good quality with plenty of chambers in the frame to hold the heat in.The one thing I liked is that it’s a small local company so you know who’s going to be fitting the windows and it’s so important to get this right, the guys turned up on time and did a great job.I was a little unsure whether it’s a good idea to go for a small company but when we had a issue with the French doors I called Carl and he was very understanding and sorted the problem out straight away, this is when I knew I’d made the right decision going with them.Would recommend them
