Dunmow Glass are a superb company to deal with. They are honest and will advise and help with any questions that may arise and above all they aren't pushy. Their workforce are brilliant. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and clear up behind them. To be honest there wasn't a lot of mess from the work done. Arrived at the time stated and worked their socks off. We are going to have some more windows installed and will be arranging that shortly. It was really easy to deal with Dunmow Glass from the original survey, to ordering and then the fitting. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks to all involved with this process.

Delays, small mark with glass, otherwise happy

Very polite and helpful. Sent me a proper brochure when I asked.
Also not only took a picture of a door knocker for me but also supplied a short video of it being 'knocked' - I wanted to make sure I had a 'substantial' door knocker supplied as the knocker on my previous door (not Dunmow Glass) was rather 'weedy'.

Excellent and most professional from start to finish

Dunmow Glass have been excellent with regard to the installation of the replacement windows and their customer service. Most of the windows in my property have now been replaced and the house is warmer and they look good too.
