Even when we had a crack in one small window and a larger scratch in the bigger window – which came about at installation – there was no issue and new ones were reordered and fitted within a few weeks.

Interior finish very good, external finish not as good as I would expect, on my particularproperty an external sealant should be one that accepts paint, as Silicon Sealant Some window sills missing sealant.

Sent me a proper brochure when I asked.Also not only took a picture of a door knocker for me but also supplied a short video of it being ‘knocked’ – I wanted to make sure I had a ‘substantial’ door knocker supplied as the knocker on my previous door (not Dunmow Glass) was rather ‘weedy’.

Dunmow Glass have been excellent with regard to the installation of the replacement windows and their customer service. Most of the windows in my property have now been replaced and the house is warmer and they look good too.
