Workmanship and quality of the products are excellent. Work started on the date promised and the commitments made in the pre-contract discussions were all met. Any rectifications required were all carried out to the customer’s complete satisfaction. Although the daily start times were varied, sufficient manpower was committed to the project to enable the daily schedules to be completed. When negotiating the original contract, there was no hard sell and the quality of the installation was exactly as promised.

All involved made the whole process simple and quick couldn’t fault the work that was completed and we are very happy with the end result.

feel it took too long from ordering to fitting as he arrived with the wrong size initially I then had a further long wait for replacement. Then a long wait for a blind to arrive. But satisfied with the finished job. It took five months though.

The I-glaze team provided a first class service, fitting two large velux roof windows. They tidied up and took away the old windows and fittings. We would highly recommend Grant and his professional team. We are extremely pleased with the finished result.

Great customer care, when they arrived on opening the door they had dust sheets ready, covering the stairs and landing all the way to the room they were working in. Grant was great confirming what was to be fitted, clearing the waste and hovering up the room on completion.
