There were some issues with the frame of the French windows which probably should not have occurred. Nevertheless the contractor addressed the issues to our satisfaction as soon as their attention was drawn to it. Further post fitting adjustments have been done well and promptly.

The contractor did not check the items to be installed, and so items with defects were fitted, resulting in multiple return visits. Even the return item was faulty, and yet again not checked.
