Very skilled workmanship, great attention to detail

Completely happy with the door as fitted. I thought the 5 month lead time should have been emphasised verbally at the time of ordering rather than left to the small print.

There was a period of scant contact at one point but otherwise contact was fine.The height of one of the balcony doors is slightly out but the small the gap was sealed and no leak so far and work was otherwise good.Other issues were reflected in the bill.

We had 2 doors made and installed by Rob and the team at Bailey Hague – both Excellent. The main door was completely unique and bespoke, we could not be more pleased with the outcome (dare I say even exceeded our expectations

The whole process has been very smooth, from provision of the quote through installation of the product and after-sales customer service. Good communication throughout.
