The whole job was undertaken and completed in an exemplary fashion. The joiner and fitter arrived as promised, the standard of the workmanship was excellent, they worked hard, cleaned up work areas both inside and out and were unfailingly courteous and helpful.

There was a period of scant contact at one point but otherwise contact was fine.

The height of one of the balcony doors is slightly out but the small the gap was sealed and no leak so far and work was otherwise good.

Other issues were reflected in the bill.
