I had 2 bifolds and 4 windows fitted to a satisfactory standard however I also had my soffits and facias replaced along with cladding to the dorma. the work started in October 2022 and has only just been completed. After numerous emails requesting on several occasions as to when the work would be completed . I was fobbed off several times with different excuses. the soffits and facias to the gable were taken off and left exposed to the elements for a period of 4 weeks in which he went on holiday and no attempt to cover over the exposed timbers which when rained it leaked into my house , th

The company left nails lying around which was worrying as I have young children. They are also difficult to contact.

Couple of years to rectify faults, wouldn’t use again.

A terrible job. I wasn�t quoted a price prior to the works. I told the company to install one window and he did them all. There are large gaps around the windows.
