Knoledgeable surveyor spotted the box frame door, so there were no issues when the door was fitted. Fitter was on time with a good work ethic and quality of fitment. I will use Herron again if I have any requirements covered by their products.

The whole experience wasn’t bad but we feel it could have been much better. As it isn’t a product you buy often there is little to compare the company to. If asked we would say the end result was good and satisfactory, but we did have to prompt action more than we expected.
