Customer expectations need to be managed regarding colour differences in supplier hardware used during manufacture, at odds with the door colour chosen at point if sale. Prior knowledge might have led to a differenf customervpurchase decion and avoided dissapointment when item recieved. Otherwise an excellent service received.

2 guys turned up, their work was outstanding. Couldn’t be more happy, nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend.

Poor measuring and communication, when our product initially didn�t fit this was blamed on us for not checking the measuring. We did not have a surveyor come around just one initial measure. We were not contacted with an apology or any support. Luckily the men who fitted it were very good and helped us find a solution.

All good except they used clear silicone instead of white in one place otherwise we always use morven and will continue to do so their work is always carried out carefully and they take care and thought with the property thank you would not hesitate in recommending them

the man who did the job was very helpful as there was a problem with the door. He managed to sort this out within a couple of hours and the door was fitted. he apologised for not being able to tidy up. he came back a bit later to fit a back door handle which had been forgotten. So very good marks for the man who came, not such good marks for the person who put the order in and got it wrong ie door opened in and was supposed to open out.

Removed the old door without damage and installed the new patio doors. No need for any decorating afterwards. very pleased everything and everyone
