Great customer service. Door was ready before I expected it to be which was great. Letter box that was installed was scratched and it was replaced really quickly. Reported another part missing and awaiting on that but customer service replies are prompt and efficient. Door install itself was quick and neat and tidy. We get lots of compliments on our front door now 🙂

Very easy to deal with. Excellent installation and after service to date

The fitter arrived promptly on day one, ran us through the order of works, and then got started. He worked really hard over the two days and his workmanship was amazing, and he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. He cleared up as he went, and there was nothing left for us to do, except admire the new windows. He is a credit to the company, and from our initial contact, through to the completion of the work, everyone we have had contact with have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were not able to replace all our windows at once, but will definitely be using them for the rest.

It can be difficult to get a prompt response/follow-up when there are issues after installation.

The company provided extremely good service provision throughout. They were responsive & very attentive to our requirements, equally post installation. 
The windows appear to be very good quality & meet our contemporary needs. 
I would happily recommend this company & the window products in question.

This is the second job OnTime Windows have undertaken at our house (first was a replacement conservatory, this one was to replace all our upstairs windows). We hope that fact provides eloquent testimony to our faith in the company. We would certainly use them again if the need arose.

Window is good but the finishing off was poor. They did send the installer back to put it right.

I was given clear and suitable guidance about the product options in order that the garden room would look in keeping with the design of the rest of the house. Now installed it looks the same as the previous wooden frames . It fulfilled the desired specification. The contractor delivered exactly what was required .

Excellent in all respects. The two installers, Andy and Cam were polite and friendly and . They were tidy , and arrived when they said they would. We initially met with Matt who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter originally had windows installed by On Time and was delighted. She recommended her friends who also had some windows installed and of course, me.. Sabrina and all the team were also extremely friendly and helpful. ONTIME Windows Ltd. charged a reasonable price for the work, the guy who installed was competent although left some damage to side of wall trying to get old window out, this damage was rectified later.

Kept up to date with progress of the order. Slight delay in installation due to weather affecting other job but that was out of their hands. Pleasant staff. Use of expanding foam could be slightly neater but on the whole we are very pleased with our new windows and doors.

Very pleased with the friendliness of all the staff, and the freedom from pressure.The work seems good and the door and windows have stood up to storm Ciar�n without any problems. The installer was confident and had all the right tools and fittings, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. He offered advice on the care and maintenance of the fittings, and took us through how the locks operated answering all our questions before he left even though it was a Friday afternoon.

Very good but I would have purchased two bifolding doors but was black plastic inside, this could have been sorted I�m sure for an additional cost but was not offered.

The contractor did not respond to email communication in a timely manner, took 4 months to do the job (one bathroom window) and didn’t actually complete the job satisfactorily (top to the window box was never installed). They also left a damaged tile and didn’t clean some of the filler off the wall

OnTime replaced the double glazed loft windows in our loft conversion without recourse to scaffolding which two other potential suppliers refused to do. Their workmanship was excellent, the job completed without so much as a hitch by friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff at a very fair price. We are delighted with the finished windows. Will definitely use them again when required.

Why do I have to complete a this survey before a Certass Certificate is made available? I am not happy putting my personal details on-line. I would willingly complete a from after the issue of a certificate as OnTime Windows did a good job from what I see now: over time I have yet to find out.
