Fabulous job. Really pleased.

Pro's:
Affordable, good info and helpful when going through the process. Windows arrived quickly. Windows installed in good time, and mess was cleaned up and Tom was nice and polite.

Cons:
Wrong glass was installed in the bedroom initially, and Andy said a few days later the supplier provided the wrong glass (I felt like this should have probably been picked up before installing), but nonetheless it was resolved. Some of the finishing on the outside of the house was incomplete, and asked for it to be completed and Andy was quick to arrange, but no one turned up a a few times, and it eventually took almost 4 weeks to send someone round and complete with multiple rescheduling.

Efficient even in bad weather and finished the windows to a high standard and left the rooms neat and tidy afterwards.

Excellent service, friendly staff, efficient and professional

Very tidy workman

Great service. Turned up on time, provided a quick quote and installation was done so quickly.
Only down side is there was a panel with a mark on, I was told I could get it replaced and didn't hear back.

Andy the contractor was brilliant from the initial quote through to the installing. He managed to squeeze us in during a really busy time. The windows and doors are a complete transformation. We are very happy with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
