Andy was great, managed to fit us in earlier than planned. Talked through what he was going to do and discussed several options before agreeing final. He worked quickly and efficiently and outcome.was better than expected.

Andy was highly professional throughout the duration of the works. He demonstrated excellent attention to detail following his initial quote and returned to the property to validate measurements before commencing the works. Once the windows were ordered the communication was straightforward and transparent and it is was very refreshing to speak with both Andy and Susan about the specific requirements and options (e.g. door colour, window style, etc). Andy maintained excellent communication throughout the works, keeping us up-to-date of any upcoming works / changes. He maintained the timeframes established from the outset and was very accommodating in working around our upcoming holiday. It is testament to his experience and ability that the finished windows were completed to a high standard and would not say this lightly of any contractor however would highly recommend Andy (APB Windows) to anyone.

Chose APB from 4 quotes as willing to be flexible and give us what we asked for.Installation very fast and efficient – all completed in 3 days (compared with estimated 4-5 days).Workmanship very good – if they had any queries, they raised with me so I could help decide.Very little ‘making good’ needed after completion (just some painting of exterior render, and minor touching up of paint inside round windows).Would highly recomeend.

Excellent service, friendly staff, efficient and professional

The works have not been completed. Mr Browns attitude to us , (his client) has been appalling. He refuses to carry out the adjustments that need doing. once re had received all of his payment it seems that his responsibilities ended.

Great service. Turned up on time, provided a quick quote and installation was done so quickly.Only down side is there was a panel with a mark on, I was told I could get it replaced and didn’t hear back.

Andy the contractor was brilliant from the initial quote through to the installing. He managed to squeeze us in during a really busy time. The windows and doors are a complete transformation. We are very happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
