4th property windows replaced for me by this company. So far all great work and strongly recommended, but this last installation wasn’t the usual high standard. Installers left property with footprints on walls and I am expecting them to return for rectifications. However, customer service is great and they are working on rectifications. As a one-off slip in standards, I still recommend this company and would be happy to use again.

very good contact with the company, quick installation, although there were minor problems with the cleanliness and quality of the installation. There were a few problems after installation, but it was resolved with the company and repaired, so I can definitely recommend it.

The project they’ve done for me isn’t completed yet due to a supplier issue meaning they weremissing a piece when they came to fit it. They have assured me they will come back but my rating will change depending on how long that takes

Way to much silicone used and screws going through a cill and into slabs including a piece of timber supporting the cill which won�t last long Lots for scratches on the glass Yes we signed paper to say ok but we�re told not to clean any thing for 3 days Had to have a cill redone and it was worse than the first attemptCustomer sales and ease of ordering was great though

I have given timekeeping 9 out of 10 as I was told to expect the fitters between 8 and 9, and they arrived at 10.10. Otherwise I was very pleased with them.

Query with front door furniture, however this was eventually resolved.

Guys did a brilliant job and so far everything works fine.

Very poor installation process , door was poorly measured, unfortunately trickle vents was not installed even a regulation say as mandatory. we strongly not recommend this people to work with. actually we are in progress with small court claims.

They lost dimmension of 1 window, doors was not ready, wrong side doors, dirty glasses – waiting time for replace 4 weeks, they says this is not dirty glass just scratch made by us (many pictures and videos sent to show that they are wrong) etc. I’m not complaining about the time as COVID but overall this company is 2 of 10.

excellent company and outstanding work very polite and tidy up after themselves. i would highly recomend them and wont think of going to anyone else. they arrived on time and explained the prosses of what they were going to do and the work men worked very hard. in the beginging they gave you time to exlpain what you wanted then gave you several solutions and let you chosse what you thought was best to your budget. excellent company all round, thanks guys

Damage to the original glass, replaced after a number of weeks only to be installed damaged again, 3rd time replacements were OKContractor was asked for a discount due to inconvenience and disruption but was told only �60 would be reduced from the final bill.
