Simon noticed a tiny crack in the glass and immediately ordered another piece. He returned a few days later with the glass and replaced it. I was so impressed with Simon I recommended him to a friend who has also placed an order with Simon.

Simon was knowledgeable about the window options and was happy to replace just the glass in some of the windows where misting was the problem rather than the whole unit
He recommended a higher quality glass for the bedroom window to reduce external noise from the airport/train line and this has made a massive difference
