PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL

Took a lot of chasing. Left one window in a shocking state, saying they’d not quoted to make good around it but that was never offered, nor was it flagged that it would need additional work, and the state it was left in wasn’t fit for purpose. When we asked them about quoting to make it good they refused. Reasonably pleased with the final products generally, although their refusal to remove black plastic from another window meant that we had a go at it and when they came back following us being unable to remove it they said due to our attempts they could not make it look neat and tidy.
