Excellent service and installation experience however the front door as pointed out by the installer does not open or close smoothly, instead I need to apply pressure to the door when locking. My side door in comparison opens and closes with ease and without requiring any pressure being applied. I have asked the contractor to return and adjust my door, hoping for the front to be as good as the side.

I have had hardly ever had new windows fitted, so it's really hard to know what to expect or compare them to others. Things didn't go perfectly, but maybe they did a better job than other people would have done.

They really work hard to provide the best option. Salesman not so good (seemed muddled and not sure of the product ranges) , but back office and installers great.

On the installation and technical side we were very happy, as well as with the dealings with us by email or telephone, and they were also on time. Some comments on their commercial attitude, though. We were surprised that we had to pay a deposit before they even came to measure the window. I have never seen this before with any other company. We also received an invoice requesting the remaining payment on the day before the window was installed stating that was the day for payment to be received, although there are usually 30 days for payment from the day of installation, so this felt a bit unpleasant. Could this procedure be softened perhaps?

Kate was a nightmare to deal with. I couldn't get straight answers out of her and she did not get back to me by the time she said she would. We ended up with a cancellation so clearly she was booking in other jobs but didn't see fit to book ours in. Evidently we were not considered important enough customers. My father was present for the fitting of the door and was impressed with their work, it's just a shame the customer service in the build up to it was so dreadful.
