Breakfast room french doors replacement. Visited showroom on Garsington Road to choose type of french doors. Changing wooden french doors for white UPVC french doors. Gave approximate measurements for quote. Deposit paid. Surveyor came to measure aperture precisely. Two fitters came on time and carried out replacement of doors. They went above and beyond to provide a very good finish. Quote, survey and works were carried out promptly. A very satisfied customer. Good value and would use again. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend the contractor. To explain why it’s not all 10/10, some visits in the early stages (pre-contract) had to be rescheduled because the contractor was so busy and one of the operational components sent by the supplier was faulty; the contractor has asked them to send a replacement.

We have used this company before and as previously we were not disappointed.

Installation of the windows in the bay reduced the heat retention, increased drafts and cold bridges. Unfinished on the inside.

I have had hardly ever had new windows fitted, so it’s really hard to know what to expect or compare them to others. Things didn’t go perfectly, but maybe they did a better job than other people would have done.

Excellent price and customer service and after care

Kate was a nightmare to deal with. I couldn’t get straight answers out of her and she did not get back to me by the time she said she would. We ended up with a cancellation so clearly she was booking in other jobs but didn’t see fit to book ours in. Evidently we were not considered important enough customers. My father was present for the fitting of the door and was impressed with their work, it’s just a shame the customer service in the build up to it was so dreadful.
