TWS were very supportive throughout the whole project. They helped us decide the design of the replacement units, provided us with a comprehensive plan and quotation, liaised with the manufacturers and fabricators and put together a manageable installation plan. The installers did an excellent job and completed the project in line with the installation plan.

Both contractors Mat and Kevin were very helpful and friendly when installing my new front door. They did it in a very professional and timely manner and also cleaned up afterwards. They also explained and gave me literature about the aftercare and maintenance of my rockdoor. I would definitely recommend
them to my family and friends.

Although I had some issues with the initial installation in terms of both quality of product (Which was retuened and swapped) and in terms of the fitting initially these issues were sorted out quickly.

The work carried out was exceptional. From the moment we entered the showroom, we had nothing but excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. The windows have transformed our cottage. We would highly recommend TWS.

We were pleased with the product and installation. There were some minor snagging issues which TWS dealt with promptly. We would use TWS again and recommend to family and friends.

The windows are of good quality and the pre-fitting experience was excellent. However, the windows were not fitted correctly and required remedial work. The original fitters did not tidy up adequately, particularly on day1. The remedial work was identified and carried out expertly and with due care and consideration. However, the windows should have been fitted correctly in the first place and so for this reason I could not recommend the contractor. A shame after such good vibes pre-fitting, but the contractor is only as good as his fitters and here they were found wanting.

Only thing I feel this company could improve on is communication,right from sales inquiry to completion communication was poor and inconsistent,I seemed to do lots of follow ups to get replies.!, otherwise a an excellent company,we have had two installations this year and thoroughly recommend.
