A few issues which we are awaiting resolution for. I think our fitting so close to the Christmas break may have affected a few rushed fitting issues, not clearing up well, especially broken glass & not spotting that one window had not been installed straight. Also disappointing that we had to bring to fitter’s attention the incorrect glass in the door when the survey instructions were obvious that it was wrong. An apology would have been good, clearly someone, somewhere messed up here. Pleased with the quality of the products from two manufacturers but not satisfied with the quality of the third manufacturer product used, also the more expensive. One door doesn’t open properly and as we’re still waiting for someone to get back to use regarding previous issues we have yet to report another problem.
We have a lot of windows to replace. We will use TWS again, I think they are worth second chance as up until installation the customer service was excellent. The sales staff were especially helpful & patient with us on several occasions. We will however expect a much smoother installation next time. Previous ratings do indicate that perhaps we’ve been a little unlucky.

However I found Dan to be Rude unreliable and sadly our whole experience because of him was disappointing our first intial fitting date was delayed as he windows hadn’t arrived and wasn’t informed til the fitters arrived to collect

Overall were decent to deal with from initially going into the showroom to get an idea of the range they offered without being subjected to a ‘hard sell’,through the ordering process,the installation itself,and then sorting out any snagging issues that came up at the end.Everyone I’ve met along the way has been friendly to deal with,non-pushy in terms of sales techniques so I’ve never felt forced to buy or choose a particular item or service(and in at least one instance they even went out of their way to source a component that wasn’t on their standard order book for me),and their in-house fit

Installation done well and in a professional manner. The only thing I would suggest for the future is that furniture near to the installation is covered prior to work being carried out. as a huge amount of dust was created which had to be cleared up after the contractors left.

TWS were very supportive throughout the whole project. They helped us decide the design of the replacement units, provided us with a comprehensive plan and quotation, liaised with the manufacturers and fabricators and put together a manageable installation plan. The installers did an excellent job and completed the project in line with the installation plan.

Although I had some issues with the initial installation in terms of both quality of product (Which was retuened and swapped) and in terms of the fitting initially these issues were sorted out quickly.

The work carried out was exceptional. From the moment we entered the showroom, we had nothing but excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. The windows have transformed our cottage. We would highly recommend TWS.

Excellent work at the beginning in getting the construction up but tailed off and poor finishing from sub contractor which was never checked by main contractor leaving us to rectify.

There were a couple of defect and delay issues in relation to an aluminium door manufactured by a sub-supplier and glass supplies in the later stages however , this was due to market conditions and TWS maintained communication throughout.Attention to client requirements and after sale service. Would recommend. UPvC products are good although time will tell on impact of use.Aluminium products lift and slide doors. Excellent
